TrojanVibrations.com had a cart abandonment rate of about 71%. They needed to drive more relevant consumers to their site so that purchases were completed. But a lack of deep understanding of their target audience was a big hurdle. Maxus USA came to the rescue.

Solution

We placed a tracking tag on the purchase confirmation page. This database of purchasers was then matched with third party data to understand their demographics, interests and behaviour. This rich data was mined to provide a detailed profile of the Trojan consumer, which was then represented in the form of an infographic making it easy to digest.

Results

The insights from this study have redefined Trojan’s audience profile, their media targeting and resulted in lots more sales.
